Kokomo police officers shoot, kill suspect

KOKOMO - A person is dead after an officer-involved shooting in Kokomo Saturday morning.




Police tell us they responded to a call of shots fired at University Park Apartments just after 7 a.m.




When they arrived, they found the suspect actively firing shots. Officers returned fire, killing the suspect.




The incident is still under investigation and this article will be updated once more information becomes available.
