PHOTOS: Multiple vehicles crash on I-69 northbound

FISHERS, Ind. - Multiple vehicles collided on I-69 northbound in Fishers and caused two lanes to temporarily close, Indiana State Police confirmed on Friday.




The crash occurred at the 209.3 mile marker, ISP said. The Indiana Department of Transportation added that this took place between IN 37 and Old IN 238, initially causing the two far left lanes to close. However, as of 5:49 p.m., those lanes have since reopened.

ISP did not state whether anyone was injured in the collision, though they did cite "speed and following too close" as factors that allegedly led up to it.
