Poison's planned 40th anniversary tour has been canceled due to disagreements over revenue splits. Drummer Rikki Rockett told Page Six that guitarist C.C. DeVille, bassist Bobby Dall, and himself were ready to proceed with tour plans, but frontman Bret Michaels demanded a disproportionate share of the band's earnings. "He wanted the lion's share of the money, to the point where it makes it not possible to even do it. It's like $6 to every one of our dollars," Rockett explained, while admitting, "You just can't work that way." In September 2024, Michaels had written to fans suggesting a 2026 reunion tour marking 40 years since the release of Poison's 3x-platinum debut album, Look What The Cat Dragged In. The band last toured together in 2022 with M tley Cr e and Def Leppard. Rockett says he still plans to tour with his Rockett Mafia band, where he will perform Poison's debut album nightly.
