Good morning, Indiana! After a weekend with daily storm chances and heavy areas of rain, a break comes today for most of the state! Early showers this morning are exiting east into Ohio, as high pressure (sinking air) builds in. Some fog is out there this morning, with the heaviest in the northwestern part of the state. Expect out-the-door temperatures in the lower 70s.
This afternoon will bring a blend of clouds and sun back into the state, as dry weather holds for most of us, with highs reaching the middle 80s...a seasonal day ahead. A stalled front near the Ohio River will bring a limited chance (10%) to our southern counties by mid to late afternoon.
Daily storm chances return Tuesday, mostly driven with the heating of the day. Coverage will remain between 30% to 60% daily through the weekend. Lots of dry space and time will be enjoyed, though, to get most outdoor projects completed daily.
