Bad Omens Claim Second Consecutive Mainstream Rock No. 1 With "Dying To Love"

Bad Omens has scored back-to-back No. 1 hits on Billboard's Mainstream Rock Airplay chart with "Dying to Love" topping the February 14th ranking. The Richmond, Virginia band's latest hit follows their two-week reign with "Specter" in October. This marks their third Mainstream Rock Airplay No. 1 overall, after "Just Pretend" first led the tally in 2023. Between hits, the group also charted with "The Death of Peace of Mind" reaching No. 2 in 2023, and their Poppy collaboration, "V.A.N," peaking at No. 9 in 2024. "Dying to Love" also climbs to No. 9 on Rock & Alternative Airplay with 3 million audience impressions after gaining 14 percent over the previous tracking week. The song also reached No. 5 on Hot Hard Rock Songs after peaking at No. 2 back in November, while earning 714,000 official U.S. streams. Like the band's recent releases "Specter," "Impose" and "Left for Good," "Dying to Love" is another standalone single and isn't currently attached to an official full-length project.
