The new radio single is 100 % SKINDRED, featuring Mikey Demus' destructive riffs and drummer Arya Goggin unleashing his signature full-throttle rhythm. The inimitable frontman Benji Webbe oscillates between uncompromising toasting and hooks delivered like a heavyweight champion. So far, so danceable! The song was inspired by a man at Benji's gym who was starting rehab after a stroke and struggling through the exercises. His personal trainer supported him with the words "You Got This" - and Benji watched as the mood immediately lightened. "I watched from a distance and could see the struggle and the pain, but in that moment I knew he was going to make it", Benji recalls. "It's such a powerful statement that applies to so many struggles that every human being faces: it could be recovering from a stroke or studying for exams at school. For me, the most important thing is to have songs that build people up in difficult times. I feel like that's exactly why I'm here in this world."
