Cave To Drop New Album "...Into The Promised Land" on April 17

Hailing from Ludwigsburg, CAVE are no strangers to the music scene. They are a group of musicians who have been shaping the German and international metal landscape for decades. Founded by guitarist Chris Lorey, CAVE was born from the idea of fusing classic oldschool Hard 'n' Heavy with progressive elements and a modern production.
Their debut album "Out Of The Cave", released in 2024, impressed both press and fans alike. Shortly after its release, the band toured Germany and Switzerland, proving beyond doubt that they also deliver live. However, it soon became clear that having a singer from the USA in the ranks of a German band posed significant logistical challenges in today's world. With heavy hearts the band parted ways with Ronny Munroe. Nevertheless, CAVE did not stand still. Following the amicable split, Germany's arguably most underrated metal singer stepped up to the microphone. Tommy Laasch, well known from CHINCHILLA, is a name of real weight in the German heavy metal scene and a perfect match for CAVE's powerful and melodic style. As a special sign of respect for Ronny, his voice was immortalized on the CD with the bonus track "Obsession."

2026 marks the beginning of the next chapter in CAVE's history. On April 17, their second album "...Into The Promised Land" will be released on CD, digitally, and for the first time also on vinyl. Marc Ayerle (END OF GREEN, STORMWITCH, KRAYENZEIT), who was already behind the controls for the debut album, once again delivers an authentic sound that is warm, modern, and uncompromisingly heavy. The ten songs, crafted and performed with the combined, decades-long experience of all the musicians involved, shine with energetic hooks and epic melodies. Fans of QUEENSR CHE, VAN HALEN, SAVATAGE, and MASTERPLAN will have plenty to look forward to. "...Into The Promised Land" is not merely a follow-up, but a confident step forward. The next chapter of a band that knows where it comes from and exactly knows where it wants to go.
