Iron Maiden Partners With Lagunitas Brewing For New Trooper West Coast IPA

Iron Maiden has partnered with Lagunitas Brewing to create a new Trooper West Coast IPA, expanding their existing beer brand into the American market. The 6.66% ABV brew uses the new Krush hop variety and will be available at select bars and taprooms, including Eddie's Pop-Up Dive Bars during Iron Maiden's upcoming Run For Your Lives Tour this summer. Six-packs will also be sold at participating retailers. "The challenge of an American beer has long been on top of my 'To Do' list," said Maiden frontman Bruce Dickinson in a press release. "Lagunitas are a watchword for west coast brewing excellence, and it has been a real highlight working with them on a Trooper taste for both coasts and all states in-between!" The Lagunitas website features a countdown to the June 6th release where fans can sign up for updates.
