Southwest adds new nonstop flight from Indy to Cabo for 2026 spring break
INDIANAPOLIS -- Central Indiana residents will now be able to visit Cabo, Mexico, on a nonstop Southwest flight from Indianapolis.
According to a news release from the Indianapolis Airport Authority, Cabo will be on the Southwest's nonstop destination list for spring break in 2026. The flight will be from Indianapolis to San Jose del Cabo, via the Los Cabos International Airport.
The flight will operate once per day on Saturdays starting March 5, 2026. The flight is expected to operate through April 6, 2026. This is the airport's second Mexico destination, with Southwest and American Airlines offering nonstop flights to Cancun, Mexico, from Indianapolis.
"Cabo is the latest win for Indy travelers-joining Punta Cana and Dublin as new international nonstop destinations," Mario Rodriguez, the executive director of the Indianapolis Airport Authority, said in the release. "New flights like this open doors. Cabo becomes our second destination in Mexico, and every new route means more convenience, more opportunity, and more ways we're delivering on what Hoosiers want most."
