Spotty showers (isolated storm possible) will move across the state this morning, as temperatures remain quite warm out-the-door, along with higher humidity. It is a sticky start...
A greater threat for stronger, healthier storms is expected this afternoon with some added heat and an approaching cold front. The highest threat for severe weather will fall mainly south and east of downtown Indianapolis between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. The main threat remains strong, damaging gusts and some larger hail.
Storms end early evening from west to east, as cooler, drier air punches in tonight. Lows overnight will drop into the lower 50s with patchy fog expected in spots.
Wednesday will bring some early sunshine with increasing clouds by the afternoon and eventually a return to spotty showers. Additional rain and storm chances will exist through early Saturday, followed by a cool-down.
