Sunshine back but remains breezy and cool

Clouds are clearing in spots, as drier air is punching in after an unsettled Sunday. Expect a chilly start this morning, as temperatures are holding in the 30s and winds remain breezy from the west, northwest. Heavy coats will be needed this morning and sunglasses, too, to begin your new workweek.

This afternoon will bring additional sunshine, gusty winds and dry conditions all day. Temperatures this afternoon will reach the lower 50s (below average), as winds turn gustier (up to 35 mph) from the west.

Winds lay down late tonight, as clouds roll in and showers develop overnight and into Tuesday. An unsettled day on Tuesday will bring scattered showers off and on, as temperatures struggle to reach the lower 50s. More cool weather is expected through Thursday, with another shower chance by Thursday evening.

Warmth will finally return on Friday and through the weekend, as showers give way by Friday early afternoon and 70-degree temperatures build in. Saturday looks dry before rain and some storms round out the weekend on Sunday.
