Neil Diamond To Release Previously Unreleased Rick Rubin Album 'Wild At Heart'

Neil Diamond will release Wild At Heart, a collection of 10 previously unreleased tracks recorded with producer Rick Rubin, arriving May 8th. The album features songs from Diamond's 2007 sessions with Rubin for the 2008 project Home Before Dark. This marks the final collaboration between Diamond and the acclaimed producer, following 2005's 12 Songs and 2008's Home Before Dark. "My work with Rick was a labor of love, and I'm so gratified that these songs will finally be set free into the world to complete our trilogy of work," Diamond stated. A trailer shows Diamond and Rubin reflecting on the original recording sessions, with Rubin noting "You were on fire" during the creative period. Despite health challenges limiting Diamond's activity, he continues celebrating his musical legacy through various projects including recent Broadway musical A Beautiful Noise.
