
ROSELAWN, Ind. - A semi-truck reportedly hauling petroleum burst into flames and closed all lanes of traffic on Interstate 65 in Jasper County.
The Indiana Department of Transportation said the incident occurred around 2 p.m. near Roselawn at mile marker 230.7.
Indiana State Police Lowell Post shared footage of the fire while warning drivers that lanes in both south and northbound directions were closed on I-65.
In the footage, large plumes of fire and smoke can be seen engulfing all lanes of the interstate.
Traffic was diverted at exits 230 and 240 due to the fire.
At this time, police have not stated if anyone was injured in the fire or if the fire was the result of a crash.
