517Rocks Says Goodbye to Deep Cuts in the Wolf Den

Beginning with the launch of 517Rocks.com in January, 2024, Deep Cuts in the Wolf Den has aired on Saturday nights from 8-10 PM.  Now, due to health concerns, the show hosted by Monty Wolf is coming to an end.
Wolf let affiliates know back in early August that he could no longer produce new programs following a procedure that left it difficult for him to speak.  517Rocks.com owner Jerry Hayes says that encore presentations of the show have been playing throughout August and September and that the Saturday, September 27th show will be the last installment of the program on the station.  "Monty has been with me from the start and his show has been such a core part of our classic rock line-up.  I know producing the show has been a labor of love for him and I wish him all the best for a complete recovery," Hayes said.
One of the special features of Deep Cuts in the Wolf Den is the annual Halloween show that Wolf produces.  Hayes says 517Rocks will be airing the show a couple of times during the week of Halloween and that the dates and times will be posted on the station's social media.
A new show will be debuting in the 8-10 PM time slot on Saturday, October 4th and details will be coming soon.
