2nd Annual prostate cancer walk

On Sept 17th the Lyrical Revolution and Cedrick Hicks city councilman for the city of Carson present the 2nd annual prostate cancer 5k walk at Cal State Dominguez Hills. The walk was established to bring awareness to the deadly disease prostate cancer. Prostate is one highest causes for black men next to heart disease and diabetes, but unlike the other diseases it is the most curable with early detection, unfortunately do to the negative stigma associated with prostate cancer most men go untreated until it's too late. As a survivor of prostate cancer Lonzo Williams created the prostate cancer walk with the assistance and support of Cedrick Hicks to help bring some light the disease to save lives.
