BV Mobile Apps is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help engage with current and potential clients via email and phone.
The job will be a contract position. The position is fully remote and the hours are based on the rep's availability.
- Respond to client emails to help resolve service issues.
- Make phone calls to follow-up with clients that need phone support.
- Troubleshoot common issues.
- Escalate issues that require more technical support.
- Follow-up with clients to check that they're still satisfied with their service.
- Recommend additional features to existing clients by collecting client information and analyzing their needs.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
- Problem solving skills
- Basic technical skills (Development experience is not required)
- Previous Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required
