Customer Service Representative Needed

BV Mobile Apps is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help engage with current and potential clients via email and phone.

The job will be a contract position.  The position is fully remote and the hours are based on the rep's availability.


Responsibilities:


  • Respond to client emails to help resolve service issues.
  • Make phone calls to follow-up with clients that need phone support.
  • Troubleshoot common issues.
  • Escalate issues that require more technical support.
  • Follow-up with clients to check that they're still satisfied with their service.
  • Recommend additional features to existing clients by collecting client information and analyzing their needs.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when clients are stressed or upset.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic technical skills (Development experience is not required)
  • Previous Customer Service experience is preferred, but not required
