With 2025 already here, R&B fans have exciting tours to look forward to this year.
2024 will certainly be remembered for a packed year of tours. R&B veterans such as Maxwell, Lalah Hathaway, Keith Sweat, Xscape and SWV, Tank, Craig David, and many others reunited with their core fans, taking them on a nostalgic journey through their catalogs.
Chris Brown brought emerging women in R&B - Muni Long and Maeta - on the road with him this summer on his sold-out 11:11 Tour. Rap icon Missy Elliott, along with Ciara and Busta Rhymes, joined forces for the Out Of This World Tour. It marked Elliott's first-ever headlining tour.
Meanwhile, Usher launched his massive Past Present Future Tour in late summer, which is scheduled through spring 2025 (more on that below).
This fall, musical genius Stevie Wonder embarked on a short run on his Sing Your Song! As We Fix Our Nation's Broken Heart Tour, where he visited 11 cities ahead of the 2024 Presidential Election. The tour was named after his new socially charged song "Can We Fix Our Nation's Broken Heart."
Contemporary acts, including Jhen Aiko, Lucky Daye, Bryson Tiller, Kehlani, Tinashe, Leon Thomas, among others, also played shows.
