When starting a brand you have to think about your purpose, or as motivational speakers like to say your "why." When I created YoKaraoke my purpose was to bring the fun back into going out, creating a fun vibe that people will never forget. It wasn't about making money, I knew for this to work I had to be deeper than just making money. I wanted tap into my audience in a way like Beyonce does, and create something they'll never forget and want to experience it multiple times.
Once I knew my purpose it was time to execute! In the process of executing you'll see what changes need to made, get input from your audience/customers on how they feel about your product. Test the product our yourself as well, there have been times where I've performed first on my karaoke nights. So at this stage it's all about executing.
That is how you create an experience with your brand/business, that's literally all I did for YoKaraoke. A 2 step strategy, sometimes that's all you need when it comes to your hustle. A purpose that's not money driven, and then execute. Yes it's that simple, the only "hard" part is the execution and patiently working thru the process of getting through the struggle phase.
