Content is the first collaborative project between AzraelRapsGood and The Dirty Sample, but it sure doesn't sound like it due to the chemistry they exude. These days our fast-paced world revolves around social media and content is the very essence of that. More content from more people is being pumped out than ever before. So much that it's hard to keep track of it all. At the same time, the world is growing increasingly more anxious and depressed. People are unhappy with the modern luxuries they have. The album title serves as a tongue-in-cheek nod to all of that, as this collection of songs amounts to, well, content. Not only that, but as the world descends into digital madness, the cool heads prevail; in other words, AzraelRapsGood and The Dirty Sample are content.

The vibe of Content is classic boom bap with songs about being dope, self-exploration, and the complicated problems in today's world.

About AzraelRapsGood:

Simply put, Azrael raps good. A stalwart of the underground Canadian hip-hop scene since the mid 00s, this guy has released over a dozen projects both solo and alongside his crews Imaginations Treetrunk & ILL-Legitimate. Identified by his trademark silky smooth delivery, AzraelRapsGood is the quintessential rapper's rapper with bars for days. He has toured extensively across the country, including joining Kool Keith on his 2014 Canada tour. He has also shared the stage with some of hip-hop's finest, such as M.O.P., Pharoahe Monch, Sean Price, Raekwon, Joell Ortiz, Devin Tha Dude and more. In 2021 he began producing music videos under the moniker ARGVidz and has released several videos with many more on the way. Watch for AzraelRapsGood to continue to climb to new heights and, ahem, rap good.

"I love the crackle and the crunch of dirty vinyl," explains the elusive Northwest silverback of his DJ Muggs-like fascination with dusty vinyl that he first discovered after buying a sampler in '98 to construct the beats other producers wouldn't provide him as a rapper. Now 20 years in and 30+ albums deep, The Dirty Sample has a catalogue that includes instrumental works, remix projects, and collaborations with the likes of Roc Marciano, Guilty Simpson, Myka 9, Kirby Dominant, Moka Only, D-Sisive, Merkules, Snak the Ripper, Touch, and many of your other favourite rappers.
