The 2023 season of #Themixtapeshow returns with a major upgrade. We will now stream on the radio and tv platforms at the same time. That means during our mini mixes you will see the music videos of the artists and the weekly interviews as well. We are excited to keep bringing you quality programming and can't wait for you to hear/ see what we have going on.

Tonight we welcome veteran MC Maine The Medicine to the show.

Maine the medicine is a Queens New York mc, who's been making a name for himself throughout Pennsylvania for the last 10 years. Spending every summer in Queensbridge NY, his older cousin Sudan became a big inspiration for him. Watching him freestyling in the park with MC Shan and Blaq poet I wanted to be just like them. Mc's like Kane , Rakim and krs one really intrigued Maine and he knew he wanted to have an impact just like them. In his 32-year journey, he's been a part of something amazing Dope groups ( third rail, I.M.F, Mercy Gang, Lyrical Assassins, and B.O.B to name a few. With over 10 mixtapes, 10 group albums, and solo albums, Maine the medicine continues to keep repping for the culture.
