Tyler, The Creator Wants Fans To Just Enjoy His Album

Tyler, The Creator has called for fans to enjoy his new album Don't Tap the Glass instead of racing to have opinions on it.
Speaking on X, the "Yonkers" rapper said: "Yall gotta stop doing this. everyone tho. it hasnt been 10 hours, just let it be what it is. a fun short upbeat urgent braggadocious album to a diary post about abortion and hair and aging and whatever else i was crying about lol."

Tyler added: "please just let it rock if you rock with it and if you dont then move the damn on lol."
Tyler dropped Don't Tap the Glass yesterday, again shunning the standard Friday based release schedule.

Clocking in at just 10 tracks and 28 minutes, it's the shortest album of Tyler's career and only features uncredited guest appearances from Pharrell Williams and Baby Keem.

Missing from the album was "Get Right" featuring Doechii, which was launched at Louis Vuitton's Paris fashion show earlier this summer.
Despite not making Don't Tap the Glass, Tyler has been effusive in his praise of the TDE rapper.
The Odd Future founder described his reaction to first coming across her music: "I came across Doechii on something that YouTube recommended. It was the 'Catfish' record or 'Nissan Altima.' I was like, 'What is this? Damn, this girl pretty as hell.' And I clicked it and I was blown away and I just kept going and kept going and kept going."

He added: "I was like 'Oh my God!' and then I DMed her and I was like, 'N-gga, I'm gonna need you in a few months!' he continued. "And then we linked and yeah, she's incredible. I'm so happy that she [won a Grammy] and she's in folks' faces and we have to just keep supporting artists who care about things."

Tyler also brought out Doechii to perform with him on his Chromakopia world tour stop in Los Angeles and he took the opportunity to give the TDE star her flowers.
While they were both on stage, Tyler said: "I'm so happy she exists. We have to keep supporting everything she does. Keep supporting art. Keep supporting art."
