Cardi B Launches Sold Out "Little Miss Drama" Tour with High Energy Show in Palm Desert

PALM DESERT, Calif. - Cardi B officially kicked off her Little Miss Drama arena tour Wednesday night at Acrisure Arena, following her recent appearance during Bad Bunny's halftime show at La Casita over the weekend.
The Grammy-winning rapper performed a nearly two-hour set, featuring hits from her debut album "Invasion of Privacy," as well as standout tracks from her upcoming sophomore release, "Am I the Drama?" Backed by more than a dozen dancers, Cardi B incorporated elaborate chair choreography, performed a salsa routine, and was elevated above the crowd on a flying throne.
"They thought I wasn't going to be sold out. What? Y'all was ready for my tour?" she told the audience before launching into "WAP." "Let me hear Palm Springs right quick. This is the first crowd! First crowd, and it's sold out!"
Cardi B first announced her plans for the tour last September while guest-hosting NBC's "Today" with Jenna Bush Hager. She told the anchor she would be "going straight to rehearsal" after releasing her new album. "I'm going to be working out - I hate working out, but I gotta do it," she joked. Wednesday's show included complex choreography on several songs, such as "Money" and "On My Back."
The 35-date Little Miss Drama tour continues Thursday in Las Vegas, with stops scheduled through April 18. The tour includes a hometown performance at Madison Square Garden in New York City on March 25.
