Boxing Champ Gervonta "Tank" Davis Arrested For Domestic Violence

On Tuesday, boxer Gervonta "Tank" Davis was arrested for domestic violence in Parkland, Florida.
According to records by the Broward County Sheriff's Office, the 28-year-old remains in custody at the Broward County Jail.
Currently, no immediate details are provided about the arrest or the alleged domestic violence incident.
Davis was previously arrested for domestic violence in 2020. He was seen on camera snatching up his ex-girlfriend, who also happened to be the mother of his child, by the throat.
In the days following the viral video, Davis surrendered to the police and was charged with domestic violence and simple battery.
It's unclear if Davis' arrest on Tuesday will affect his fight against Hector Luis Garcia on Jan. 7.
