Britney Spears Selling Her $12 Million Home To Move Into Former 2015 Home

Britney Spears wasn't feeling her new home and is selling the home only months after buying it.

Spears and her husband, Sam Ashgari, bought the 11,650 sq. foot home on 1.6 acres in Calabasas, which just so happens to be in the same neighborhood as her ex, Kevin Federline. TMZ reports that sources close to the singer say she is selling the home.

The newlywed couple plans to sell the home in 2023 and return to the Thousand Oaks home she purchased in 2015. It's unclear if she is looking for a new home or will reside in the old mansion that is responsible for multiple of her dancing videos on Instagram.
