City Girls to Release New Music on Wednesday, First Single Since J.T. Came Home
We have been waiting for this for some time, and now fans finally get to hear new music from their favorite rap duo, City Girls. What makes this even more special is that J.T. is out spitting harder than ever!
The new single is called "You Tried It," and we bet it is a thumbs up to all the weirdos that tried to front on their meteoric rise to the top.
It might even address the rumors that surround both Miami and J.T. and how despite all the controversy, they are still the first ladies of Quality Control and the first girl dup to make substantial noise sense Salt N' Pepa. Probably the most impactful duo since OutKast, UGK, CNN or Mobb Deep changed how we even saw Hip-Hop twofers. #YupWeSaidIt
Unfortunately, you will have to wait a couple more days before you hear the jam.
The song is being released on Wednesday.
City Girls were last heard on Ciara's new single, "Melanin." The song also features Lupita Nyong'o, Lala Anthony and the song's writer, Ester Dean. Ester Dean is responsible for hit songs like "Superbass" for Nicki Minaj, "Fireworks" by Katie Perry and "Rude Boy" for Rihanna. While you are waiting on Wednesday, check out this little ditty. Hopefully, it will hold you over.
