Over the weekend, rapper YG paid tribute to his longtime friend Slim 400, who was fatally shot in Los Angeles in December, with a fresh tattoo of him on his leg.
While celebrities like Ty Dolla Sign, Mozzy, Kamaiyah, and others paid respect to Slim with an Instagram post, YG took it a step further and got something more permanent.
In the tattoo photo, Slim is seen wearing a red bandana tied to his head, placed right below a massive red number "4" with the word "hunnid" sketched along the inside.
YG captioned the post, "brazy blood, love you, P Treez."
Over the years, the pair had recorded several hit songs together, including "Word Is Bond," "Goapele," "When I Was Gone," and "G$FB."
Slim was shot in Inglewood, California, before he was later pronounced dead after being transported to a hospital on Dec. 8. Slim was only 33-years-old when he died.
