President Biden Pardons Federal Offenses Of ALL Marijuana Possession.

Yesterday was a major win for those charged and sentenced with simple marijuana possession, as President Joe Biden pardoned ALL simple possessions of the drug. This announcement could be making way for what is now a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance to be decriminalized on a federal level. The questions now are When and what will this mean on a State level.

The President stated "While white and black and brown people use marijuana at similar rates, black and brown people have been arrested, prosecuted, and convicted at disproportionate rates."
