RIP Nipsey Hussle Aka Ermias Ashgedom

Rapper Nipsey Hussle was fatally shot outside his clothing store in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Los Angeles on Sunday, the authorities said.

Nipsey Hussle, born Ermias Asghedom, was shot multiple times, according to The Los Angeles Times. His death was confirmed by a Los Angeles city officials on yesterday.

He may be gone, but will never be forgotten.
When I found out the news, I was heartbroken. I had the pleasure of meeting this young man, and he was so humble in his own skin. Kind in every aspect. Conversation was not just a hi and bye... but more like two entrepreneurs discussing how life could be everything you ever wanted if you just believe in yourself and NEVER QUIT! "Victory Lap" .. we said, as we both lol! Running a race that never ends.

His latest album "Victory Lap," debut studio LP for Atlantic Records, was nominated this year for best rap album at the Grammy Awards.

I have always been a fan of his music! Even writing this is hard. He was really a good dude. And a activist who stood for what he believed in. Crossing paths with this well known celebrity will be something that I cherish for a life time. He didn't have to give me over an hour of his time, but he did.

Nipsey Hussle was funny and very outspoken. He was also an amazing representative of the Crenshaw neighborhood.

He has collaborated with artists including Snoop Dogg and YG, drawing from the city's tradition of gangster rap and intricate street-level storytelling. In 2013, Nipsey Hussle created industry buzz by creating only 1,000 physical copies of his mixtape "Crenshaw," an independent release that was free online, and selling each for $100 at a pop-up shop. He said Jay-Z bought 100 copies.

"Nipsey was not only one of the greatest artists we worked with but an amazing father and leader in his community," Nipsey Hussle's label, Atlantic Records, said in a statement Sunday. "One of the kindest and brightest stars in the universe, he was inspiring to all."

My heart goes out to his love ones.
Keep them in prayer.
Remember, don't ever take life for granted. Cherish everyday it could be your last.

I love you guy.
Always will love you Nip.

Salute to a Legend!
