This weeks #JsFitTip is all about "Medical Cannabis Gummies."

What are Medical Cannabis Gummies? They're edible cannabis products that are infused with THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.

Why are gummies so effective? THC is processed in the liver and transforms into a more potent form of THC called 11-hydroxy-THC. This chemical takes anywhere from 30-90 minutes to kick in, and the effects last anywhere from six to eight hours.
