This week it's all about my "Gouda Cheese and Meatballs in a Pesto Vodka Sauce!"

Lord! These flavors are so magnificent! I love to use Ground Turkey with a Spicy Ground Turkey Sausage! Sometimes adding a little Ground Lamb to the mix produces this intense flavor of what I call.. "Heavenly Goodness!"

The Vodka Sauce in itself is unique. As you taste the hints of my savory pesto and some of my other secret ingredients.. your tastebuds exploded! What's so great about this dish is it's simple and easy to make! I can guarantee that this is a meal that anyone would love to eat!
