It's all about my body in this season!
400 abs, 75 Pushups (5 variations) Pull ups, 50 dips, 50 Mike Tyson Pushups, & some other things a day is starting to pay off!

Although I've had a few setbacks.. One being a major car accident that left me unable to walk and had my car and my clothing basically on fire! Then I was ill for a little over six months, being diagnosed with CSID (Congenital Sucrase-Isomaltase Deficiency!)

But with the Lords help I still managed to push through and overcome another great challenge! And that challenge changed me for the better, physically, financially, and emotionally!

Almost loosing my life five times in the last four years has taught me a few valuable lessons. Don't take one second of your life for granted, go after everything you desire, and you can fight alone.. but when you let go and let God take total control, believe what his word says: The Lord is my shepherd, I have all that I need. He's able to lead you through the valley of the shadow of death and you really do fear no evil knowing that God is with you. That's the Psalm 23 thing! The one I talk about on my JustATouchof_J Podcast! #Pieces4U
