Good Morning Kings And Queens! JsFitTip Of This Week Is All About Fruit! :)

Here's JsFitTip of the week.

It's all about Fresh fruits!
Did you know that eating more fresh fruit will help you stay away from processed food? Fruit comes from nature not a factory. The closer to nature, the better for your health. Fruits are naturally low in fat, calories, and have key nutrients that everyone needs. Fruit also helps protect you from illnesses.

Here are 6 reasons why eating Fruits are important!

1. Eating lots of fruit lowers the risk of developing diseases.

2. Fruit makes you strong and help your brain function better.

3. Water content in fruit makes your skin soft and well hydrated.

4. All fruit has antioxidants which combats free radicals.

5. Fruit is high in fiber, helping ward off fats and cholesterol from the belly, and body in total!

6. Fruit is nutrient dense, and provide our bodies with vitamins and minerals!

In conclusion, eating fruit provides many health benefits and people who eat more fruits are likely to have a reduced risk of some chronic diseases and cancer. Now that I eat more fruit I can see my skin glowing even more at age 42. I have more energy, and I feel better because fruits provide nutrients that are vital for health and maintenance of the body.

My favorites are Bananas, Soursop, Kiwi, and Mangos! Try them if you haven't yet. :)
