Hennepin County Sheriff's Office collecting cold-weather items for needy

New or gently used cold-weather items can now be dropped off at the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office for needy Minnesotans.




The sheriff's office says coats, hats, mittens, boots, scarves, blankets, and hand warmers will be accepted and distributed to homeless and unsheltered people in the county.




Donations will be accepted through the end of February and can be dropped off in person or sent by mail.... Read more
