RICK ROSS CONTINUES TROLLING DRAKE WITH $37M INVESTMENT OFFER: 'BE MY NEIGHBOR'

Rick Ross has continued his online trolling campaign against Drake by asking him to be his neighbor on Star Island.

Posting to his Instagram Stories on Wednesday (April 17), Rozay flaunted his wealth and the ongoing building work at his own mansion in the swanky Miami Beach neighborhood, while revealing that there was a vacant lot next door to his on the market for $37 million.

"Yesterday we began talking about real estate. I don't know nobody else that would buy a $35 million crib and tear it down and do it the way they wanna do it - customized. Well, I did [...] My dream crib," he bragged.

"But right next door is an empty lot. They only asking $37 million for the flat lot. Before I show it to you, you know who I would love to be my neighbor. So my rich friends, it's available. I know you got somebody that would love to stay right here next to Ricky Rozay."

"They only asking for $37 million which ain't much. Come on. I know you got some people who need it," he continued, seemingly addressing the 6 God.

The MMG mogul then gave a short tour of his house which is undergoing extensive renovations while Birdman and Lil Wayne's "Stuntin' Like My Daddy" played in the background.

Rick Ross had previously claimed that Birdman, the head of Drake's former label Cash Money, had a house go into foreclosure a few years ago and has been "struggling" ever since.

"Your best friend, Birdman, his house went into foreclosure five years ago. You done watched that man struggle for five years and ain't got that man a mansion," he taunted.

Ross' claim appeared to check out as Birdman was reportedly evicted from his Miami Beach mansion in 2018 for failing to meet his mortgage payments.

He later sold the waterfront property for $10.85 million - almost $5 million less than what he originally paid for it.

Rozay continued his rant by giving Drake two days to put his money where his mouth is and help his former label boss: "If you got more money than Rozay, what's another $50 million, white boy? There's one for $40 [million] on Indian Creek, there's one for $50 [million] on Star Island. You got 48 hours, white boy."

He again mocked Baby's alleged financial struggles by saying: "Soon as that pressure on white boy, he gonna go post Stunna. Stunna in that $20 jogging suit, I know the man need some paper ... [Birdman] ain't got that mark back. That mark ain't fed him none."

Despite being prolific collaborators, Drake and Rick Ross have fallen out in recent weeks following Kendrick Lamar's blistering verse on Future and Metro Boomin's "Like That," which contained shots at the Toronto rap star as well as J. Cole.

After Ross appeared to side with his enemies, Drizzy took aim at his former friend on his leaked diss song "Push Ups (Drop & Give Me 50)" where he rapped: "I might take your latest girl and cuff her like I'm Ricky/ Can't believe he jumpin' in, th-s nigga turnin' 50/ Every song that made it on the chart, he got from Drizzy/ Spend that lil' check you got and stay up out my business."

The Teflon Don hit back on "Champagne Moments," accusing Drake of undergoing plastic surgery to appear more "white," employing ghostwriters to write his raps and "hating" on French Montana by blocking a song they recorded together.

The pair have been going back and forth on social media ever since.
