Dreamscape Companies secured a $176.5 million loan for its Rio casino-hotel in Las Vegas, facilitated by Peachtree Group through a CPACE loan. This financial arrangement supports energy efficiency and water conservation improvements. The loan, marking the largest credit deal in Peachtree's history, was completed in under 60 days. The Rio, now under Destinations by Hyatt, underwent a $350 million renovation in 2024, updating guest rooms, the casino floor, meeting spaces, and more. Notable enhancements include a new OLED marquee, LED neon lights, remodeled rooms, a new food hall, and upgraded infrastructure. This transaction underscores CPACE's growing acceptance among major financial institutions, as noted by Jared Schlosser of Peachtree.
