I am very happy to announce that Christian Isas has been promoted to the position of Internet/Phone Repair Manager in the Bridgeton Call Center! Christian started his career in the cable industry with Cablevision in 2009, as a Supervisor. During his tenure with Cablevision, he supported many important and diverse initiatives including process improvement, corporate and CEO escalations management, and many others. He also has managed new hires, social media, and bilingual call center teams as well. Most recently, he served as an Internet/Phone Repair Supervisor at Charter Communication in the Bridgeton Call Center. Christian's passion for the customer and our employees comes through in everything he does and he has a very successful track record in leading teams to great success. This combined with Christians excellent leadership skills will make him a great leader in the Bridgeton Call Center. In his new role Christian will be responsible for leading a team of Supervisors, providing exceptional customer service and supporting critical initiatives for the center.
