Eagles to Release Deluxe Edition of 'One of These Nights' Album

The Eagles will mark the 50th anniversary of their 1975 album "One of These Nights" with a new deluxe edition set for release on May 1. The expanded collection features a remixed version of the original album, along with Dolby Atmos and high-resolution audio formats. The set also includes a previously unreleased 16-song live performance from 1975.

The live recording captures the Eagles' concert at the Sunshine Festival in Anaheim, California, on Sept. 28, 1975. The show was part of the "One of These Nights" tour and features Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Randy Meisner, Bernie Leadon and Don Felder. The performance was Leadon's final appearance with the band during its classic era. Joe Walsh, who would officially join the Eagles months later, appears during the encore to perform his song "Rocky Mountain Way."

The concert, which also featured Jackson Browne, Linda Ronstadt, and Toots & the Maytals on the bill, includes tracks from "One of These Nights" as well as hits from the Eagles' earlier albums. The set list includes a previously unreleased live version of Chuck Berry's "Carol."

The deluxe edition will be available as a three-CD/one Blu-ray set and as a three-LP vinyl version. Preorders are open now on the band's official website.

Released in June 1975, "One of These Nights" became the Eagles' first album to reach No. 1 on the Billboard chart. The record marked the first full album appearance for guitarist Don Felder, who had joined the group near the end of sessions for the previous album, "On the Border."
