LOS ANGELES (AP) - Gene Simmons has added three solo concert dates to his 2026 tour, with support from several 1980s rock acts.
The former Kiss co-leader will perform July 17 at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, California; July 18 at Ironstone Amphitheatre in Murphys, California; and July 19 at Tahoe Blue Event Center in Stateline, Nevada. Sebastian Bach, Lita Ford and Quiet Riot will open the Fresno and Murphys dates, while Bach and Ford will support the Stateline show.
Tickets for all three concerts are on sale.
Simmons last performed live in February, playing several casinos and appearing on the Rock Legends Cruise. During a Feb. 20 show at L'Auberge Casino Resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana, he performed two Kiss songs written by the late Ace Frehley - "Strange Ways" and "Rocket Ride" - for the first time with his solo band.
The new shows add to a busy 2026 schedule for Bach, the former Skid Row frontman, who has solo tour dates booked through October. Bach is also set to join Twisted Sister, replacing longtime vocalist Dee Snider, who stepped down from the band's reunion tour due to health concerns. Twisted Sister has announced one performance with Bach, scheduled for Sept. 4 in Palmer, Alaska.
