Night Ranger Announces Extensive Tour Dates Through 2027 and Teases New Music

Night Ranger plans a busy fall tour schedule and is already booking dates into 2027.

The band, known for hits like "Sister Christian," "Don't Tell Me You Love Me," "When You Close Your Eyes," "Four in the Morning" and "Sentimental Street," returns to touring starting Sept. 10 in Chandler, Arizona.

Night Ranger has concerts scheduled throughout September, with additional shows in November and December. The band will perform at the Kiss Kruise in Las Vegas, which runs Nov. 13-15. Other acts on the cruise include former Kiss guitarist Bruce Kulick, Slaughter, Chris Jericho's Kiss tribute band Kuarantine, and a tribute to late Kiss guitarist Ace Frehley.

Looking ahead, Night Ranger's first 2027 concerts are set to begin Jan. 14 in Keswick, Pennsylvania. About a dozen dates are already on the calendar for early next year, with several new dates added this week.

Tickets for many shows are on sale now. Artist presale tickets for the newest dates become available today, Sept. 9. General ticket sales for these shows begin Friday, Sept. 11. The full tour schedule is available on the band's official website.

Night Ranger will mark the 45th anniversary of its debut album, "Dawn Patrol," in 2027. Bassist and vocalist Jack Blades says the band appreciates its current status after decades of touring and hit records.

"At one point, we realized we didn't have to prove anything to anybody anymore," Blades said. "We don't have anything to prove right now. That's why our shows are so much fun for everyone."

Blades said the band's lineup-himself, Kelly Keagy, Brad Gillis, Keri Kelli and Eric Levy-focuses on performing music they care about.

"We just start playing what's in our hearts," he said. "I think that was a major change when we hit our stride in these last 20 years."

Night Ranger has released five albums in the past 20 years. Their resurgence began when the classic lineup reunited in the late 1990s, releasing "Neverland" in 1997 and "Seven" in 1998. The group then focused on touring for the next decade.

The band's new "Best of Night Ranger" collection highlights material from 2007's "Hole in the Sun" through 2021's "ATBPO."

"We got back on track to who we are and how we want to play," Blades said.

He cited "Somewhere in California" as a favorite album, noting songs like "Growin' Up in California" and "No Time to Lose." He said the "Best of Night Ranger" project reminded him of the group's staying power. "We're still rocking," he said.

As for new music, Blades said he always writes songs and the band may record another studio album. "Music is always in my head," he said. "We're threatening to maybe do another studio album of all-new material."
