FlightSimExpo 2026 Exhibit Hall Takes Shape with Floorplan Reveal and Sign-Ups

FlightSimExpo 2026 is getting closer, and the Exhibit Hall is starting to look like a simmer's playground with a runway attached.
The Flight Simulation Association has revealed the interactive virtual floorplan for FlightSimExpo 2026, giving attendees their first look at what to expect inside the Saint Paul RiverCentre from June 12 through 14, 2026. This year's convention is backed by more than 90 flight simulation and aviation partners, bringing together hardware makers, aircraft and scenery developers, aviation training organizations, content creators, pilots, and even local high schools.
For anyone heading to Saint Paul, this is where the magic happens: hands-on hardware, new product reveals, developer presentations, workshops, demos, and plenty of chances to meet the people behind the software, gear, and communities that keep flight simulation airborne.
More Than 70 Exhibitors, Stage Content, and Community Spaces
The 2026 Exhibit Hall will feature more than 70 exhibitors, alongside stage programming from developers, content creators, pilots, and other voices from across the flight simulation world.
Attendees will also be able to spend time in the 2026 Media Partner Lounge, where they can connect with favorite streamers and creators, or grab refreshments from the Concession Stand while taking a break from the expo floor.
FlightSimExpo has long been known as a place where announcements happen, partnerships form, and simmers get the rare chance to go hands-on with new hardware and software before it reaches their own setups.
A Gathering Place for Developers
FlightSimExpo is also putting a major focus on developers and industry networking.
All exhibitors and sponsors will have access to The Exhibitors Lounge, sponsored by Parallel 42. The lounge will offer coffee, refreshments, snacks, and a quieter place to connect with fellow developers and partners throughout the weekend.
Exhibitors and sponsors will also have exclusive access to the FlightSimExpo Developer Conference on Thursday, June 11.
FSElite will once again support the Developer Conference, marking its fourth year involved with the event.
"FlightSimExpo is the world's biggest gathering of flight sim developers," said Calum Martin, Content Director at FSElite. "We've made Thursday a safe space for developers, publishers, and real-world aviation to network around ideas and how they can work together to support simmers."
New Partners Join the Lineup
Since the previous update at the end of April, seven new partners have been confirmed for FlightSimExpo 2026. They include Aviation Expo, Echo 19 Audio Production, FlyingArt, JetStream Designs, Next Level Racing, and TMA Simulators.
Partner registration remains open until May 29, and the current partner list is available at flightsimexpo.com/partners.
iniBuilds will also be at the event as a Diamond+ Sponsor.
"We are proud to be a Diamond+ Sponsor of FlightSimExpo 2026," said Ubaid Massa, CEO of iniBuilds. "Our community team will be on-site, and we'll have some new things to share during #FSExpoFriday and on the FSElite Stage. See you in Saint Paul!"
Exhibit Hall Sign-Ups Open May 16
Along with #FSExpoFriday product reveals and the Exhibit Hall itself, attendees will have access to hands-on workshops and interactive demos throughout the weekend.
Planned topics include aircraft and scenery design, 3D modeling, vibecoding, simulator-based flight training, and career mentorship in partnership with Professional Pilots of Tomorrow.
While many exhibits will be available as "walk up and try" experiences, some activities will require advance sign-up.
Tours & Experiences, which include planespotting trips and social events outside show hours, are open for registration now. Exhibit Hall Sign-Ups, covering optional activities during show hours, open May 16 at 12:00 PM CDT.
Join FlightSimExpo in Saint Paul
FlightSimExpo 2026 takes place June 12 through 14 at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Tickets are available now at flightsimexpo.com, with travel, hotel, and airfare discount information available at flightsimexpo.com/travel.
For those unable to make the trip in person, FlightSimExpo will once again stream select portions of the event through its FlightSimExpo Online ticket, available for $15. More information is available at flightsimexpo.com/watch.
"There's nothing like being at the event in-person, and there's still plenty of time to make your plans to join us," said FlightSimExpo Co-Founder Evan Reiter. "This event only happens once per year, so don't let this one fly by!"
With more than 25 new exhibitors joining the event in 2026, FlightSimExpo is shaping up to be one of the biggest flight sim gatherings yet. Whether you are there to test new gear, catch a product reveal, talk shop with developers, or just bask in the glow of collective avgeek energy, Saint Paul is looking like the place to be this June.
