Registration for FlightSimExpo 2026 opens next weekend, with tickets officially going on sale at 12pm CT on Sunday, December 14. The three-day event returns to the Saint Paul RiverCentre in Minnesota from June 12-14, welcoming flight simulation enthusiasts, developers, and aviation professionals for seminars, exhibits, hands-on demonstrations, and community events.
An "Entire Event" ticket includes access to all seminars and workshops, the #FSExpoFriday lineup, three days of exhibits, a new Friday Exhibit Hall Preview, and on-demand access to post-event seminar recordings. This year introduces new single-day ticket options alongside the standard multi-day registration, offering more flexibility for attendees.
Despite rising costs elsewhere, ticket prices have been reduced for 2026. The full event ticket drops from $84 last year to $75, while offering 20% more time in the exhibit hall. The first 200 members of the Flight Simulation Association's Captain tier will receive the best pricing of the year, with a 3-day pass available for just $50.
Attendees will also benefit from lower travel expenses. Hotel rates for the event are approximately 25% lower than last year, with discounted airfare and rental car options available through participating partners. Early planners can secure hotel rates starting at $149 per night plus tax.
FlightSimExpo is inviting developers, hardware manufacturers, communities, and organizations to participate as sponsors and exhibitors. Booth packages include furnishings, internet, electricity, and event passes, and educational speaking opportunities are available at no cost.
Travel details, exhibitor announcements, and a full event schedule will be released in early 2026. The show will feature product reveals, virtual reality and training demonstrations, and how-to sessions from leading names across the simulation industry.
