GSX Pro Adds Support for iniBuilds Multi-Jetway Gates

FSDreamTeam has updated GSX Pro with support for custom multi-jetway systems used at select iniBuilds airports. Introduced in Couatl version 4.0.22 and followed by a 4.0.23 hotfix, the change prevents GSX from incorrectly sending buses and passenger stairs to stands where external jetways are already operating.
