iniBuilds Releases TriStar Airliner v1.0.2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

iniBuilds has rolled out version 1.0.2 of its TriStar Airliner for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, bringing a hefty batch of fixes and refinements to the classic widebody. The update was posted by iniBuilds on Friday, April 10, 2026, and is now available through the in-game Marketplace.
According to iniBuilds, the new update focuses on improvements across systems, visuals, sounds, and the PFB tablet, with special attention paid to autopilot and flight director behavior, VNAV and PMS logic, ILS functionality, and overall AFCS stability. The developer also says the patch addresses a long list of engine, fuel, pneumatic, and cabin system issues reported by the community.
On the visual side, version 1.0.2 adds engine startup smoke, introduces registration placard assets for the paint kit, and includes a fix aimed at high VRAM usage on 8GB GPUs. iniBuilds also corrected a variety of animation and lighting issues, including thrust reverser animation behavior, cockpit lighting quirks, weather radar knob mismatches, and several livery-related texture problems.
The update also gives the TriStar's PFB a few useful new tricks. Pilots can now re-download OFPs, use a keyboard input lock option, and benefit from automatic brightness adjustment for the PFB and TOLD card based on the time of day. Additional changes expand the auto flight engineer logic, including better APU handling, while performance fixes target FPS drops on several tablet pages.
Sound has not been left on the ramp, either. iniBuilds says version 1.0.2 fixes audio loss when switching camera views and restores missing alerts such as the cabin altitude warning horn and fire warning test aural alerts.
For TriStar fans, this looks like one of those housekeeping-heavy updates that may not scream with flashy headline drama, but should make the aircraft feel more polished where it counts: in the cockpit, in the systems, and during the little moments that make vintage airliner flying sing instead of sputter. With a long list of stability fixes and immersion tweaks, iniBuilds is clearly continuing to tune this classic jet into smoother shape for MSFS 2024 pilots.
