SayIntentions.AI Brings Natural-Language Ground Handling to GSX

SayIntentions.AI has unveiled AI Uplink for GSX, a new artificial intelligence layer designed to manage GSX Ground Services through natural conversation.




Rather than simply activating GSX menu commands, AI Uplink is designed to understand what pilots are requesting, make the necessary operational choices and manage the entire aircraft turnaround as an intelligent agent.




GSX, developed by FSDreamTeam, continues to provide the vehicles, equipment and animations seen around the aircraft. SayIntentions.AI adds a conversational control layer that allows pilots to communicate with their virtual ground crew much like they would speak with air traffic control.




Pilots can request catering, stairs, lavatory service, fueling and other ground services using ordinary language. There are no specific phrases to memorize, menus to navigate or keyboard shortcuts to remember.




Handling GSX Decisions Automatically



GSX frequently pauses a service to request additional information from the pilot, such as selecting a catering company, choosing a ground handler, confirming engine start or specifying the direction of pushback.




AI Uplink is designed to answer those questions based on the pilot's original request.




For example, a pilot can say, "Pushback nose left," and the requested direction will be passed directly into the GSX pushback sequence. The system can also manage the engine-start confirmation at the conclusion of pushback without requiring the pilot to interact with another menu.




According to SayIntentions.AI, this decision-making ability is what separates AI Uplink from a basic voice-command or menu automation system.

Ground Services That Adapt to the Situation



AI Uplink can also respond when the turnaround plan changes.




Pilots running behind schedule can instruct the ground crew to finish boarding immediately. Catering can be canceled after it has started, and other active services can be adjusted without returning to the GSX menu system.




Pilots can also ask the ground crew for a status update at any time. The system will provide a concise summary of which services are active, waiting or complete.




This gives the feature a more dynamic feel than a predetermined series of commands, allowing the virtual ground crew to react to the situation developing around the aircraft.




PocketSky Integration



For pilots who would rather use buttons than voice commands, AI Uplink for GSX is also being integrated into PocketSky.




PocketSky will provide a collection of Ground Service Request controls for managing the turnaround from a connected device. SayIntentions.AI is also developing live status displays beneath each control, including boarding percentages, fueling progress and similar operational details.

Pre-Alpha Availability



AI Uplink for GSX is currently a pre-alpha feature and is initially available to members of the SayIntentions.AI Partner Program.




The company says it intends to use the partner testing period to identify and correct issues during real-world simulator operations before releasing the feature more widely. A date for general availability has not yet been announced.




Support for Entourage is planned for a later development phase, potentially during 2026 or 2027, after the Microsoft Flight Simulator implementation has had time to mature.




The SayIntentions.AI Partner Program is open to any subscribed customer. Membership is provided through a donation that helps fund accelerated development and includes early access to preview features, access to the Experimental server, a Discord Partner role and lounge, and the ability to vote on the development roadmap. Higher membership levels also include physical merchandise.

Built on the GSX Ground-Handling Platform



SayIntentions.AI emphasized that GSX Ground Services remains an FSDreamTeam product. AI Uplink connects with the ground-handling environment created by FSDreamTeam but does not replace or modify responsibility for GSX support.




Questions involving GSX-specific behavior or technical problems with the add-on should continue to be directed to FSDreamTeam.




With AI Uplink, SayIntentions.AI is extending its natural-language technology beyond air traffic control and into aircraft ground operations. If successful, the system could make complex turnarounds feel far more natural while allowing pilots to remain focused on preparing the aircraft for departure.
