Star White Sox outfielder Luis Robert has a complete tear of his right hip flexor and will miss an extended period of time, general manager Rick Hahn announced on Monday. Robert, who sustained a grade 3 strain, will consult with specialists to determine his next steps. The 23-year-old Gold Glove center fielder will not resume baseball activities for the next three to four months, Hahn said. The GM added that while it's too soon to project a timetable for Robert, a return this season is not being ruled out.
