Jon Bon Jovi Ends Madison Square Garden Concert Early Due to Sinus Infection
Jon Bon Jovi was forced to cut a Madison Square Garden concert short after a sinus infection prevented him from completing the performance.
The singer reportedly performed for approximately 90 minutes before telling the audience that he could no longer continue. Bon Jovi apologized to fans and asked everyone to hold onto their tickets while possible rescheduling options were considered.
The concert was the eighth night of Bon Jovi's nine-show residency in New York and came during an especially important stretch for the band. The residency is part of Bon Jovi's first full tour since Jon underwent vocal-cord surgery in 2022.
His return to extended live performing has been closely watched, with his voice and recovery remaining a major focus throughout the tour. The demanding schedule of multiple arena concerts made the early ending an especially disappointing moment for both the band and fans.
No final decision has been announced regarding a replacement concert, refunds or other ticket options.
