Alabama Democrats Sewell and Figures vote against resolution honoring Charlie Kirk

Sewell released a statement saying that while she condemned the assassination of Charlie Kirk in the "strongest possible terms," she disagreed with the singular purpose of the resolution to solely memorialize Kirk.
