Birmingham murder suspect captured after running across I-65, stopping traffic

Elantra Bass, 26, is charged with murder in the 2021 slaying of Eric Henderson, who authorities said was strangled, hit over the head with a bottle and then put into a kitchen pantry in a vacant apartment at 14 Watertown Circle.
