Breaking News: Hamilton Spill Furniture Group announces new ownership, relaunch of brand

HONG KONG - Wood and upholstered furniture specialist Hamilton Spill Furniture Group announced it has been relaunched under new ownership and plans to reintroduce the global home furnishings brand to the U.S. and other markets for the first time since 2011. The company said that consumer goods specialist Polygroup recently has acquired an ownership stake in the business, marking a major move into furniture for the supplier of holiday lighting and Christmas trees, along with pools and pool toys.
