Utica man accused of breaking into Noyes St. home

Police said William Church, of Utica, was captured on security cameras inside the home in the 1200 block of Noyes St. on Oct. 27. Police said the victim knew Church and recognized him on camera. Police said Church broke into the home through a back door and stole property.
